Who's it for?

This Prince2 Practitioner course has been specially designed for those working in a Consultancy or Contract capacity within the fields of Project & Programme management. We have a strong pragmatic focus to our material that helps ensure both exam success and transfer to the workplace.

What's the format of the course?

This is a blended-learning course. We'll give you access to our PRINCE2 Online Training and Exam Practice materials prior to the course. Our expectation is that you use these so that you're able to pass a Foundation Examination on the Friday evening of the weekend residential course. On Saturday and Sunday we'll bring you up to the standard necessary to attempt the Registered Practitioner Examination, which you'lll take on Sunday afternoon.

How hard will I have to work?

From the start we assume a high level of commitment - the APMG examination body expect the same level of understanding and tuition from those attending this intensive course as from the more traditional 5 day candidate. This make pre-course preparation a must -  indeed on arrival on the Friday you will sit the PRINCE2 Foundation examination - failure at this point is likely to result in removal from the course & full refund of fees, we simply cannot jeopardise our exceptional pass rates (over 90% for 2006) with candidates who are not as committed as us.

However, such is the confidence in our materials we are prepared to offer a guaranteed pass at foundation level for anyone who completes the pre-course materials.

What will I get from Project Performance Consulting Ltd?

We don't do 'pile 'em high & sell 'em cheap'. To ensure top quality tutor to delegate interaction we keep our course numbers low, we have an absolute limit of ten delegates per course though five to seven is more typical.

Project Performance Consulting will provide a fully qualified APMG Accredited trainer, all necessary documentation and arrange for the official APMG Foundation and Practitioner examinations. The courses will be residential and take place in a specially selected and dedicated 4-star conference centres around the UK.
