The course is designed for staff
who are currently engaged in or about to take on a project or programme
management role, and others who will be involved with the planning
and control of projects such as Senior Managers of project departments,
Project and Programme Support Office staff and Planners

The course will be based on a fictional
case study designed to enable delegates to participate in the planning,
risk management and control of a project. The course therefore comprises
a great deal of practical work in teams, designed to support and
reinforce the learning gained during the lecture elements.
