Managing Product Delivery This is where the work is done in a Prince2 project, either by in-house teams or subcontractors. Once a Work Package is received, the deliverable defined in the work package is produced according to the agreed plan under the management of a Team Manager (in Prince2 terminology). This process deosn't define the methodology by which the products should be produced. It may be, for example, that a subcontractor doesn't use Prince2 at all. Prince2 therefore only defines the interfaces of Work Package input, the production of Checkpoint Reports, and the return of the completed product. <<< Back
