Products of the Controlling a Stage process Various outputs from Controlling a Stage will need to make their way to the Project Board for review or decision making. These are: - Highlight Reports, summarising the current status of the stage - Escalated project issues or requests for advice from the Project Board for which the Project Manager needs 'ah-hoc' direction - Exception Reports, describing a situation which threatens the successful completion of the stage within tolerances previously set by the Project Board. <<< Back
