Products of the Planning process During Starting Up a Project, a plan will need to be produced for the Initiation stage of the project. This plan sets out the schedule and resource requirements for production of the products of Initiating a Project, for example the Project Initiation Document and project plans. This plan is known in Prince2 as the Draft Initiation Stage Plan, and will be delivered to the Project Board for approval at the end of Starting Up a Project, along with the Project Brief and the other products of that process. <<< Back
