Outputs from the Closing a Project process There are quite a few outputs from Closing a Project necessary to enable a controlled close down of the project: - Customer acceptance of the project's deliverables - Operational and Maintenance acceptance of reposnsibility for the deliverables - a Project Closure recommendation to the Project Board - Recommendations for follow-on actions, perhaps to clear up any 'pending' issues that were not delat with during the project - a post-project review plan, setting out how benefits will be reviewed - a lessons learne report - an End Project Report of the performance of the project against its Project Initiation Document. When the Project Board is happy with this lot, then they can confirm project closure. <<< Back
