The Project MandateWhatever method your organisation uses to get a project underway. Sometimes it's very formal, sometimes not. The Prince2 methodology sets out what ought to be in a Project Mandate, but if it's not like this then don't worry too much - you'll have the Starting Up a Project process to sort it out, and reach the minimum level of organisation and understanding prior to initiation of the project. |
